Kapuso stars share their most memorable summer experiences

Lexi Fernandez: “[My most memorable summer] probably, going to Australia to visit my dad. It’s the same thing almost every time. We just spend time together, go to the beach, eat a lot and just chillax…get away from everything to have time for yourself and your family.”

Richard Gutierrez: “Siguro the first time I went to Boracay with my family [was my most memorable summer]. This was years back, tapos ‘yung Boracay hindi pa ganoon ka-congested, kaunti lang ‘yung tao, kaya maa-appreciate mo talaga ‘yung beach. Boracay is really a paradise. Na-enjoy ko talaga.”

Glaiza de Castro: “Siguro ‘yung nagpunta kami ng family ko sa Calatagan kasi kumpleto kami, tapos pinlano namin siya ahead of time so wala kaming naging problema sa schedule. Naging worth it ‘yung stay namin doon.”

Bobby Andrews: “The most memorable summer that I had was three years ago when I went to Singapore with my family. It was the kids’ first time, and Singapore is very family-friendly. The kids really enjoyed themselves…They made a lot of friends. The people there are very friendly and accommodating.”

Lauren Young: “Last year, I went to Boracay with my friends and my sister. That’s my most memorable summer experience.”

Jake Vargas: “Siguro nung lahat kami ng mga kapatid ko, nag-outing. Pumunta kami sa isang resort buong maghapon.”

Sunshine Dizon: “Siguro ‘yung mga summer breaks in Boracay, those were really fun days.”

Alden Richards: “’Yung buong family ng dad ko from US and Japan, umuwi dito. We went out sa isang resort sa Cavite. We were there for like a week, and it was the most memorable summer for me kasi all of us were there, all of us were having fun.”

Bea Binene: “Siguro po before, when we used to go to Aklan tapos didiretso kaming Bora with the whole family. Parang naging panata na namin ‘yun, pero ngayon dahil sobrang busy, hindi na namin nagagawa."

Enzo Pineda: “Two years ago, pumunta kaming Boracay. I was with my family, and then my brother and my friends from Starstruck, so that was really fun.”

Louise delos Reyes: “’Yung early summer vacation ko this year [ang pinaka memorable] kasi I’ve gained new friends kasi nasa work ako. Actually, gumagawa ako ng indie film, pero ang mas importante sa akin, nagkaroon ako ng bonding moments sa sarili ko…nagkaroon ako ng new experiences and beautiful memories.”

Arthur Solinap: “Siguro ‘yung summer nabago ako mag-Survivor, kasi ‘yung ginagawa ko noon, nagtre-train ako, tapos lagi ako pumupunta outdoors.”

Kim Rodriguez: “January last year, nag-Boracay kami ng mga pinsan ko. Halos lahat ng activities ginawa namin. Nakita pa namin ‘yung friends namin dun so mas masaya kami kasi mas marami.”

Miguel Tan Felix: “’Yung pinaka memorable summer ko nung nagpunta kami sa Palawan, tapos marami kaming islands na pinuntahan sa El Nido. Napakaganda doon kasi napakalinis, tapos wala pa masyadong tao.”

Max Collins: “I went to Boracay with a group of friends, and we just stayed at a friend’s place. We just hung out for like a month, I think. Wala kaming ginawa kundi mag-swimming, mag-tanning, just enjoying and relaxing. That’s memorable for me because bihira na lang ako nakakagawa ng ganyan ngayon.”
